Back to the original "lucky Bordeaux" here. For a time it disappeared off the shelves and I tried another brand. Needless to say that coincided with our poor run. Last week the good one reappeared and has already proved it's worth.

Being a cautious type I didn't get too many bottles in, but now it has proved itself I will try and get to the cave to place a largish order.

Who knows where we will finish up at the end of the season. ;)

It has so far worked for Chateauroux and Watford. It must have magical powers as well as too many calories. <doh>

Godan daginn til allra. Cappuccino, coffee, tea and donuts are on the bar.

Frothy cappuccinos for W_Y and al
Coffees for COYH, Frenchie, Kev rob and theo
Strong coffees for Lenny and Sandy
Milky coffee for Yorkie
Strong black coffees for Bragi Norway and zen
Tea for jsybaz

Something to think about. A fine is a tax for being bad and a tax is a fine for being a success.

Morning All

Have popped over her as BBC seems to be struggling... Guessing it's the Man Utd and Liverpool fans moaning that is taking all the juice... or Millwall fans throwing chairs at the server <erm>

Afternoon, gave up with 606 as kept getting 'Server Busy'. Away on family visiting duty so spent ages catching up on threads. Looks like we just about deserved the three points on the pitch.

Off the pitch issues seem to be a bit vague. My brother was at the match and was unfortunately in the Millwall end. His next door neighbour is Darren Purse's dad so got tickets with him. However I spoke to him yesterday and he didn't see any of the seat throwing. Then again if it happened at the end of the match I doubt he was hanging around!!!

Also to add to OFH's lucky Bordeaux, I'm going to the Sheffield game on Saturday. :smiley-finger007:

To put into context my last game was against Leicester, when we started our unbeaten run!!!! So hoping for a repeat.

Leaving the ground on Saturday (Rookery End) I noticed a chap carrying a potted plant. I asked if his "friend" had enjoyed the game, and he said it was his lucky plant. I told him to keep it well watered and to bring it back next week. The fellow also had his right trouser leg rolled up. Another superstition? So it is clear what we need to do to get into the play-offs. All turn up carrying a potted plant (variety optional) with at least one trouser-leg rolled up.

Roger - I am curious to find out how the plant first came to a match anyway to become lucky???

Also, if you do copy this guy you may want to avoid walking past the hospital before/after the match. You may get dragged back in and locked up, thinking you've escaped the secure unit!!! :)

Decorating duty this afternoon - again - apparently the place has to look "nice" beforeall the kids turn up at the weekend - as if they would notice :(

I got in fine earlier- but 606 seems to have been removed from teh page at the moment here

I think that there is a concerted effort by the Beeb to slow down the posts to the clubs outside of the Prem. Let's face it they are not interested in much else.:(

Evening all, not sure which nest to drink from tonight so will pop between the two. Mrs Sandy wants me to re-organise her Ipod and I know it will take me a couple of days. Too many album covers missing and incorrectly titled songs which I'd have to sort out. Can never do half a job when it comes to things like this.
