Think the Beeb server has been told that it will not be doing 606 forum anymore and is sulking. :(

Great to hear from those at the game that both Jenkins and Hodson played very well. The pair of them get a load of stick, often poorly deserved, so it is good to know when they do perform. No doubt some will still find fault with them.

Especially Ross who has had to overcome a back injury!!! that will always take ages to come back from!!! glad to hear he is now more like the RJ everyone was raving about beginning last season ! similar things can be said about Lee Hodson and Dale Bennett

Evening fellow nesters.

Having been away for a fortnight I think (a week's hols then a very busy work week) there seems lots to catch up on.

First - Hurrah. I agree, Ak, we are now safe from relegation.

Second we won a scrappy game.

But the site certainly seems to have changed. I don't like these bars - it makes scrolling through the thread a long process. But I do like the new images... I suspect I'll have to read back a while to pick up how to use the images everyone's posted up. :azn:

Definitely a time for a celebratory series of beers. So keep em coming *I'm off out tonight so won't be able to keep a check on the tab....

That's my lot for tonight. Far too much effort with the idiots. We only have a few who create trouble, but we will defend them to do whatever they want seems to be their attitude.

I live in a different time zone, but I think they live in a different reality zone. Even when I was a kid, I remember being told that I might not come back in one piece if I went down to the old den to see the juniors play. It just shows that it is a club problem that is not exactly new. I remember that when they moved home efforts were made to change the ethos of the club. It looks as if there is still work to be done.

Looking at the fixtures Sheffield have to play QPR, Swansea and Preston
Preston also have to play Scunthorpe and Swansea
Scunthorpe have to play QPR, Palace and Forest.

We have been safe for ages, now for the play-offs.
