I intend to do all the rides, wifeys job is to look after the grandaughter whilst the 3 real kids do the rides that she cannot go on, hopefully lots;)

lol. She doesn't like rides? We waited til my youngest was tall enough so that it wasn't a wasted trip, and had to go before my son decided he was bored with family holidays. We timed it just right thankfully! :)...it was amazing!

I always hoped to take my kids but now daughter is 18 and at Uni son 14 living with his mum and she wouldn't allow me to take him away, especially out the country:( At least I get to take him to WFC games:)

oh i'm sorry hon...that's pooey :(. Yay about the games though :)...that's obviously more important at the end of the day ;)...thorpe park is good as a substitute!

PSH/ Bolton - Help!! Off to Inverness next week looking for a midweek non league game in the area - cant find one. Dont think the Highland League plays Tuesdays.

Tuesdays are bad - most mid-week HL games are on a Wednesday (none this week though) and even the u21's (reserves) normally play on a Monday (again, none this week).

You could just drown your sorrows - here http://www.johnnyfoxes.co.uk/ or here http://www.clachnaharryinn.co.uk/
or here http://www.hootananny.co.uk/map.html

Makes sense to me :)
