That is what I thought to start with. It doesn't work. Others have also tried it and you still keep getting the same error message.

I will get you a<ale> out of friendship, rather than for you technical assistance. ;)

ak as I said to w_y that was the first thing I tried. It just wouldn't have it. I have always had IE which did the job that I wanted, speed doesn't really matter too much, but the problem seems to be with the changeover fron IE8 to IE9.

Scarborough, I saw a game there once. Awful cold for an FA Cup tie, 0-0 in January 1995. It's the only time the Hornets ever played there.

evening all! Fast is over...it went well. In fact, it seemed pretty short and easy this year, i think it's something to do with it being slightly later in the year, which makes the day shorter, and the fast finish earlier. Tonight, at 7.10 i could eat. Needless to say, i also had to get to my mum's first...so didn't get to eat for another hour, but it's not the lack of food, it's the thirst. That first cup of tea is heaven in a cup! All the solos went well, and the readings, so..that's it. Done and dusted for another year. Yay.

And now, it's cake time again (sorry KC ;) ). Friends coming tomorrow, and i've just finished making a crunchy top lemon drizzle, and the lemon cheesecake take 2 ;). A carrot cake tomorrow morning before work, and then i'm ready for the crowds. :)

Busy weekend...is it Monday yet?? ;)

Well done H. I bet that first cuppa tasted great!!

I have decided that i have to stop stuffing my face and loose some weight, i have put on 1.5 stone in about 7 months!! I was shocked to find out my BMI is only 1 point off of Obese!!! From now on no late night feasts and no pigging out sessions!! I will get down to under 12stone!! I have plenty of motivation, one of which is the Girl i like has some pretty high standards.

    This being her latest fancy!!!

Hi BHD...yes indeed..that first cup of tea...well i just can't describe it. It's like no other cuppa at any other time of year! lol

I start my diet on Monday..maybe we should start a diet thread ;). I'm not posting my weight though lol. i'm also going to measure all my bits to make sure i'm losing inches, coz that's the important bit...so by the time we get to Peterborough i'm going to be skinny! lol (hmm, i'm not, but i'm going to be thinner, determination has grabbed me, and i'm ready to rock and roll!)

The one thing i know about dieting (and i know a heap coz i've been doing it all my life lol) is that you have to do it for you, and you have to be in the right state of mind. Without those two things, you will find it far harder to succeed. Anyway, if you want to join me...start Monday, it can't come soon enough! :)

I am ok with a diet thread, we could get everyone on board lol. I wont post my current weight (im ashamed) but i am happy to say i want to be under 12 stone, but as you mentioned its the feet round my waist which need to go.

You are already skinny!! you just want to be tiny!! But dont let me put you off, if you want to do that then full steam ahead.

Well there are several reasons i am doing it

    1) Health reasons
    2) Self-esteem
    3) Improve my fitness (i am taking my black belt in 6-8months, i need to be able to do 4 hours martial arts on the bounce)
    4) To look better.

I have reset the Wii fit so i can use that, i will be using the exercise bike and instead of driving i will bike when i can.
