    Well coming from a player who has been at 14 clubs in 11 years and has scored 9 goals in those 14 years. I find it very funny!!!

    The average attendance at Scumland these days is about 5800! Where as the average attendance at the Vic is 15,800. Thats 10,000 more and nearly 3 times as many!! Baring in mind the Kenilworth Road Stadium has a capacity of 10,226 and the vic has 22,100 with all stands and 16,000 with the 3 we are getting about 80% on a regular basis!! So much for them being a big club!

    One word for a "player" who could not even get a game for 'emel Town - ****E and he is well deserved down at The Kennel. I wonder what the odds are for his loan not being extended?

    Hi N. I dont like going to the gym, i always feel inadequate and useless compared to the massive macho men there!! I would prefer to get my daily dose from my martial arts as its both cardio and muscular in one as well as being a laugh and a social thing too.

    I always feel great after a good gym and swim session, it is just getting the motivation to go. Being a shift worker it is difficult due to the hours either late or early, I could use the gym at work but before you know it time just flies by and something crops up and by the time I get home after a day shift and have something to eat it is too late to go to the gym in town. As for going after a night shift, it is not worth it as your body is in shut down, Would love a day job so I could use the gym every day at work as it would save me £25 per month but hey-ho maybe next year when they are looking to have someone on permanent days to cover all the admin faff that is created at my place. I fully intend to hit the gym and pool tomorrow morning!

    Dan you should see the looks I get as i do backward walking on the treadmill on a max degree angle, as I cannot do running as my knees are crocked. Almost every session I asked by the gym staff to stop as it against health and safety, I then have to explain why I am doing it and it is on advice from a physio (less stress on the knees) very frustrating! I just switch off and do my own thing and I ignore the gym monkeys, throwing weights around again I have to be careful in what multi gym exercises I do.

    Swimming is the best all round exercise, low impact but very good for you! I actually do aqua jogging, I have a flotation belt which keeps you afloat and you run (well running motion) without any impact on your legs or back!;)

    Look on Amazon first mate, as that is where I got mine from. The footwear is harder to get, I have looked in the past but not recently.

    Good evening everbody. <ale> and

    for anyone.

    Jamie Hand is saying the right thing for Luton Town but it does make him appear as a fool. I am sure the supporters of Luton will see what he says as a way of getting a job.

    Three ways of avoiding negative feelings about going to the gym:

    1. Don't go
    2. Install cross trainer and rowing machine at home
    3. Consume several large glasses of red wine

    4. Think of the money you'll save by not going;
    5. Go shopping with the wife instead;
    6. Familiarise yourself with CPR procedures.
