My car is fixed, the man took the old aerial as payment for his work. I can hear radio again, the stations are not very good around here though.

In answer to my own question Chateauroux did hang on to their 1-0 lead and earnt a valuable three points.

Seeing as they play in the French equivilent of the Championship, in England we are spoilt very often. Tonight no team actually scored more than one goal. This is not unusual. The game is much more about building a strong defence to ensure that you get at least a point.

I wish we we had a strong defence, leaking goals has been an issue for us for the last couple of seasons. I know we scored loads last season but this season we have yet to find where the goals are going to come from.

Oh well, I have heard of them all. ;)

I was talking to someone tonight who has daughters at the Reading festival. I had a look to see who would be performing, and only knew of a couple of them.

Think I am showing my age. <doh>

Has you little angel asked you for the ticket money? £190 for a weekend pass, it is almost as expensive as a weekend at Silverstone.. <yikes>

Have a quiet night and a good trip to Paris Al. It is a lovely place to wander or just sit and watch. I must get back again as it seems a long time since we were last there.

Morning all, Bright and breezy in this part of the country today. ;)

It should be match day, but isn't. I gather that the game has been moved but will not be live on TV. Is this Sky moving dates around to suit them, then deciding that they would rather show something else that is far less interesting? :(

Morning.. all just picked mlle yorkie up from the leeds fest for a shower and a full english before returning her to the festival.... oh the joys of parenting! She went Weds on an early bird ticket and within two hours of arriving had her booze chair and make up stolen.

It took me an hour driving around North Leeds to find the road I was allowwed to drive down to the pick up point... which was filled with dads on mobiles waiting to pick up their daughters LOL <laugh>
