She just does not like it. She never has and does not like my taste in music either.

But on that note i am going to call it a night and make sure i am up in time to do the parcels tomorrow. Night all and see you tomorrow.

    Treasure Island - Chapter Three
"Thunder!" he cried. "A week! I can't do that; they'd have the black spot on me by then. The lubbers is going about to get the wind of me this blessed moment"

Morning all - Good night at The Vic last night and despite a heroic attempt we did not win the wooden spoon. Good to have a chat with some of the new players and we still have a very close squad of players...Sunny morning in West West London as well.

SLB - "Just a little bit of cheese" Treasure Island with Robert Newton as LJS is a classic, but spoilt by Jim's American accent!

Morning all, Trust that the flash floods I saw on TV do not affect anyone. My daughter from Gloucester sent an e-mail yesterday saying that her girls had been playing out in the garden, but it was so cold that she dug out their winter coats. We are getting alertes for this weekend about la canicule, heatwave, when temperatures are expected to rise to 39C. After the deaths of some elderly folk a couple of years ago, when the staff were on holiday and the nursing homes were understaffed, early warnings are given out to prevent a repetition.

I cannot see GT making any public comment about Bassini and his attendance at meetings etc.

With or without the rumours, everyone knows the Coventry game is huge for both managers.
