    afternoon all, just watching footy and still not quite understanding how we lost yesterday! No work today, all my pupils are on holiday, i love/hate this time of year! lol

    Back again, just had to order a next kitchen sink and tap....now for a bit of work and then got to put lunch on...down to 3 for lunch today - Little Miss W_Y is on London after a night out and #2 son is sea-fishing..

    Fine Norway, got a new boss who is a complete pain in the arse, but I will soon sort him out....:emoticon-0110-tongu

    Got so much on at the moment....but I am just about to start a Labour Of Love - I am going to catalogue all of my vinyl record collection and determine what I need to re-buy on digital and then I am going to sell the lot! About 200 albums and another 200 singles, with a few collectors items included. No point in keeping it, so going to get some money for it whilst there are still collectors about...:emoticon-0102-bigsm

    Morning all. I've woken to a blizzard outside. No work today. It will be interesting to see how the city's damaged infrastructure holds up to this lot! Water is down to a trickle but I have enough stored to last a few days so we should be alright on that score. I just hope the power stays on because the house will get very cold without it. Mrs NZ is supposed to fly home from Auckland today but I can't see the airport being open if this keeps up, as the forecast suggests.

    I've lived in Christchurch for 18 years now and I have never seen anything like this. In fact I've only seen its equal once before and that was in the French Alps many years ago when the bus from the airport couldn't get to the ski resort I was booked into.

    The last 12 months have been interesting.

    I have seen some records that have been sold for silly money at specialist auctions ,just a thought :)

    I have a few more CDs and records and found Access is quite good for recording this sort of information. If you want a simple solution Excel.

    NZ- what has the country done to deserve so much? At this rate your All Blacks will lose to Holland, although I am not sure that they have a team.
