Just a quick hello from the north coast of spain. Bright and sunny here in Asturias.

Hoping player doesn't let me down on Sat - if not it will have to be those 'orns on the match thread.

well with England winning the cricket and Jenson wining the GP I reckon 0-3 on Saturday

But hope everyone enjoys it wherever they are :D

SLB "sent an invite" ???? I've just posted. I assume I don't have to do anything else????? After all I want my crown back :emoticon-0110-tongu

It's a shame he won't be managing Blackpool in the prem this year though

When I first read that, I thought, "Jeez, what a weirdo". Then I re-read it and noticed you were in fact clearing the bricks, not cleaning them. Thought you were some sort of brick enthusiast.

Anyway, it looks as if I will be the resident Fun League writer for one of the leagues. So, you can all look forward to some sensible, informative articles before each of the fixtures...

Good news about Tom James. He must be over the moon!

What are the chances of Sean Dyche giving a horrendously unfit, slightly fat, "late developer" with stiff knees, poor mobility/flexibility and the need to wear glasses at all times, an opportunity? I might write him a letter.

    Afternoon all

Lashing it down here this morning but has just stopped. Saves having to water the garden. It seems left backs have become a bit like buses :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Tx SLB. I know that really you'll settle for second. Can't imagine you touring the world and working with children. Much better in your brick museum :emoticon-0102-bigsm

To be honest I think this year will be fascinating. I haven't got a clue who to pick for the top or the bottom three. But as always it will be fun.

Nothing wrong with getting excited about bricks, BBW, especially as there is a Watford link. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brick
I find it particularly fascinating that Australian bricks are bigger than those from the US and that brickmakers use plastic frogs these days. I suppose the traditionalists still use wooden ones, though.

Probably. But then I am brickist, too. All the houses made of bricks round here fell down.

I should go back to bed. It's 3.30 in the morning and I'm only up because of Miss NZ.
