Morning all,

Back to work today after a week in Glastonbury!! Absolutely knackered. We left at 5:30 yesterday morning after getting back at 2am. Fantastic weekend though.

Have I missed much?!

 

Dont think so BBW been fairly quiet! On the football club front.

He's 24 Norway and only played a few games for us. In our financial situation I don't think we would have let him go if he had a future in our 1st team. It frees up wages to promote another youngster with more potential.

 

Always thought he was highly rated, obviously not

 

lol i was awake, but rushing to work ...off to do some exercise now in the 'gym', aka 'my garage'.

 

so, morning all, (just!) thanks for the caramel latte Ak ...not too miffed about Kiernan coz i think he'd have played if he was good enough. Dull but hot day here near Watford. i'm waiting for the sun to peek through, but so far it's just cloud and the odd bit of rain for good measure. Oh, and it's my mum's birthday, and i haven't got her a card yet, must do that before i go visiting later! lol

I need to stop skim-reading articles, that's twice now I've got numbers wrong.

Does seem a bit weird to let him go...

 

Maybe he just thought that with all the other players breaking into the team, especially younger players than him, he felt he wasn't going to, so wants to try somewhere else for first team football, rather than keep on going out on loan!

 

I suppose taking a pay cut as well rubs salt in the wound!

 

I see that Matt Sadler has joined the saddlers.

Off to the Isle of Wight for a couple of days tomorrow. Should manage to fit in a good meal out and a couple of good walks, while Mrs H has a museum somewhere in mind.
