I think BAz implied we would buy late - he talked about how surprising it was doing business in early June

 

Granted there will be good deals to be had late for players out of contract! But it doesnt help the pre season preparation much! which was one of the reasons he gave for selling DG so quick! Although if MM is on his way we need time to find a new gaffer , for him to see what he has , and who he wants in and out etc all very chaotic !
Unless SD is promoted (and he did say he didnt want the no1 job yet)!Any way you look at it ,it will hardly be an ideal pre season!

 

Don't get me wrong - I would muc prefer to buy early and fit the player into your pre season training etc - never understood why so many deals are left so late - it then smacks of desperation

Afternoon!! So I'm pretty hungover after I celebrated the end of the degree in roaring fashion last night!

Day is being spent watching the Saxons and then the U21s in bed. Life actually isn't too bad for today.

Just want to say thanks for the support and encouragement when all I wanted to do was procrastinate and wallow in self pity about Watford's week from hell and revision over load.

 

We had a choice of Imacs or top spec lenovos at work The younger ones went apple the older ones lenovo! same old question isnt it ,what do you normally use it for?
like for me I dont need an extra dvd capability ,coz I dont use whats already there !
Thing I hate about buying technology is as soon as you have bought it its already obselete as the next model gets rolled out
