Exactly like your mum did, without the sugar...lol..bread, a bit of marg, dried mixed fruit, dried fruit peel, golden syrup...mix it all up (after soaking the bread) a sprink of brown sugar on the top and bake it ..yum!

 

We're a bit role reversed in the Hornette house! i do the chores...he makes the lists! lol

 

What a night, it's gone mad on t'internet..little Miss W_Y is casting her net far and wide and catching all sorts of scummer monsters. Best of all the internal bickering has started - as stated elsewhere = less fans, less money, poorer players and less chance of being promoted - NNW was spot on...
Right, back to the BBQ - the sun is on its way down at the back of the Dacha and the champagne is flowing.

It's a bit cloudy here, major disappointment as i have put my shorts on in preparation for the sunshine! i might have to go and change before work, poop!

 

There goes the Icelandic airspace again! I hope no one is trying to fly there or from there today!

hornetal Grimsvotn is the most active of our volcanoes and is a bit different to Eyjafjallajökull. Only flights in Ísland are stopped.

Bright sunshine up here, and a rather balmy 13C. Was just reading about 'experts' predictions regarding this coming summer - we can apparently expect heatwaves of '76 proportions.

Rubbing my hands with glee, I checked records for that year only to find something akin to a below average Queensland winter. Won't be throwing the woolies away after all.
