    Why is this site two minutes fast? My clock that is synchronized with the Beeb and some unknown satellite gives me the right time but comments come through two minutes before we get there.

    I will go to my bed now with that thought in mind.

    nope :) it's still the same!

    Shame is, the friends i usually go with aren't able to go to the QPR game, which means i'll have the kids with me, which also means i'll be the taxi, so i won't be able to hang around too long after the game...bummer!

    Sunny morning here. Coffee on the way and awaiting arrival of daughter no 1 and fella and then off to pub for lunch. Could be a taxing afternoon in the garden.

    Theo - sounds like it is here - hot and sunny blue skies - coffee being consumed (with a couple of home made sausage rolls) - then lunch and probably gardening :)

    Back in the gym, long walks and climbed bennahie, the fitness lost since Christmas when Iwas already at a lifetime low is frightening, results of chest infection, a serious warning to anybody though, I was incredibly surprised how bad it got so quickly, I wish this country would encourage preventative action, if you don't research and do it yourself you can quickly become registered disabled and thats not good for the individual or the state.....
