... actually was driving back from South Wales where we had spent Xmas so was listening on the radio ... the missus constantly warning me for swearing and the kids pissed off because I refused to switch to music channels ... ah the bliss of family life ... damn near swerved across all 3 lanes when Nugent missed a penalty at 3-3 (dozy prat)... but our unlikely star of the season, Lloyd Dyer, came to the rescue ... aiming to get down to Millwall on News Year day as penance for missing it!

Good day to all. Need the coffee today as I am still chasing companies because they failed to deliver orders placed via the internet. It is easy to send things to people most of the time, but not so easy when the companies computer shows despatch is complete, but it has only been part delivered. Although systems are much better than they used to be, they are not perfect yet.

OFH I had that a few weeks ago. The company said something was dispatched and what they meant is the item had been sent from the warehouse to the companys post centre, it had still not left their depot.

Evening all from a drying bandit country. Had a great day clearing up work stuff and getting ready for a busy January.
Finally sold Mrs W_Y's old car and she can start to use her bright and shiny new one which has been locked away in the garage for 3 weeks!. Now sitting with a bowl of sweets on my lap watching Star Wars V and then VI in a very quiet house -absolute heaven.
