30 mins and still Watford seem to be doing well. Millwall keeping the ball well, but not going too far. Watford have resorted to playing the long ball and they are better with the short passing game. Think I have heard that before.

Sean Murry playing just in front of the back four. A lot of work is done on the training ground with set pieces and switching the play. Terrible defending by the Wall defence gives Mensah a great chance, but he shoots straight at keeper.
Interesting that when it comes down to cup games it just comes down to winning, whereas in the league games it is more about trying things out and improving the players as individuals.
The game is underway again. Britt has joined Connor and Jon Marks for the second half. These youth team games are always good to listen to as there is plenty of football chat. Connor is a natural with a mic. If we can get the third goal that should do, but it could be tight if Millwall get one. As expected Millwall have started strongly.
Britt and Connor have both found that the Wealdstone experience is good and very much more physical than anything they have experienced before. The fans have created a song for Britt. Every game that they play is reported back to Watford. Oh dear, Millwall score, but it seems like it could have been handball. 1-2 now. Millwall will be up for it now.

This ref is a bit card happy. Players all over the pitch stretching legs. 5 mins to go and Millwall are pressing really hard. Watford just holding on. A goal kick to Watford eats up a few more seconds. Extra time if it ends all square. Not sure that the players could manage another half hour.
