    Morning most.

    Afternoon / evening others.

Back from an 11 day trip in England, good to do lots of catching up with F&F.

Mexico is a bit blustery at the moment but not too bad in the belly button where I live. Poor people on the coast though, http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-24098184

Anyways, hopefully back to work won't be too much of a shock.

    3 points tomorrow pleaseeeeeeee....

Hi H - sorry to hear you have been poorly and hope you get up and running very quickly. Can you publish your sponsorship details again and I will get on it...I cannot make it to Barnsley as we have visitors over the week-end and we are taking them to London for some retail and culture! Damn & blast..

Morning all from an overcast and slightly chilly West West London - on 5-Live this morning they were mentioning putting the heating on again and it reminded me to re-start my rant with Scottish Power. It seems that this company struggles to generate their billing, I submitted my meter readings in July and they have still not calculated my bill from April-July, yet they continue to extract my money by DD each month. Despite numerous calls and emails and many promises that the bill have been created, it has still not be generated! My last complaint was to their Customer Service Director complaint process - but still nothing. So I thing left, it's complain to the Ombudsmen!

Talking of rants - #1 son has had a massive one. Over 2 years ago he pre-ordered GTA5 and has been on the list ever since, trouble is the debit card he used has since expired and his order was cancelled! He had to queue up at Tesco at 3.00 in the morning to get a copy! and he's 29!

EDF generate a bill for us within 24hours of submitting the reading. I will have words with Mrs S who works at SP as a contractor ... oh by the way SP now stands for Spanish Power!

Prince Edward is over here for a couple of days and as of about half an hour ago, jerzeypie, as a representative of Explorer Scouts on the island, met him. http://www.thisisjersey.com/news/2013/09/17/prince-at-states-sitting/

Unfortunately, the picture was taken yesterday, so jerzeypie isn't in it. Hopefully I can get one of today's meeting with him in it from the offices of the Jersey Evening Post.

SP have done so as well for every quarter for the last 18 months we have been with them, but they foolishly admitted that they are having some problems with generating some customers bills, so a bit of a red rag to a bull....complaint logged with the energy Ombudsmen!

As my #2 son found out whilst doing his Duke of Edinburgh silver award - came home with near-hypothermia after camping out in it. :(
