The wet weather we had, followed by the heat of the past days had made the grass grow at an alarming rate. It must have grown 20cm since last weekend. After the fighting between fans of the same clubs I did wonder what would come next. How's the jogging going H? I'm starting to get back into it. Ran 2 miles each day last week and starting to build up my runs this week. Going to run every weekday night and last night I managed 4.5 miles. I might try and up the ante again tonight, there's a 6.5 mile route I could take but it depends on how much time I have tonight. Should only take about an hour so will see
Evening all from a very pleasant evening in bandit country - just having a couple of sneaky Tangle Foots before Mrs W_Y gets in What a week - nothing but huge issues...driven my team mad and is going to cost me a load of beer in a few weeks when I take them out on the drink. It's funny, even though our form has dipped, I so look forward to match days. Not sure exactly what it is, but I just love watching us play at the moment - even if it is a bit frustrating at times .
wow, that's great! i'm not doing as well as you! lol...but i'm better than i was when i started, and i'm starting to do more days a week in the hope that that will help...i'm up to nearly 2 miles...only 8 to go lol
Thanks, I did manage the longer run tonight.it worked out to be 6.4 miles in total and done in just under an hour. At least I can watch the marathon on Sunday and not feel quite so guilty. I will get fit!!!
