Can't wait to read these words of wisdom. http://www.thisiscroydontoday.co.uk...tory-18546000-detail/story.html#axzz2OXbyUBp0
Something tells me the man has lost the plot - what difference does your loan / transfer status make - if you have been playing in the Championship all season and are good enough to get the votes? Would he have complained if his loanee Zaha had got it?
Of course not...(not that Zaha was up for this award, but the other award would have been the same)...the man has completely lost it. What an oaf.
At first I thought it was one of those joke parody sites, he sounds more and more like a comedy character every day... Afternoon all - been a mad day in Corporate Madness and just surfaced. Looking forward to a nice long break along with 2 games to attend.
I think he was actually - ranked fourth in the top ten. Probably missed out because he is now a loanee.
I posted a few bits from some mail I received this morning about the Forum at Croxley Green which have disappeared and of course I don't copy what I write on here. So it isn't the same but here are some of the questions and answers. Q: What are the plans for pre-season? A: GN It depends on which division we are in. We are planning to go to Italy, near Cortina, to a training facility there. We will play some games over here, possibly one against Udinese. Q: Is that the end of Baz? A: SD You never know, he haunts me. On the sporting side, it should be the end of it as the judgement from the FDC was clear. The Football League had to charge the club to get to Bassini. He could have accepted the charges levelled against him and let the club walk away, but he decided to contest the charges, which meant the club had to defend the charges too. He is not appealing the decision. Q: What are the plans for the new East Stand? A: SD We have looked at the plans. If we are in the Premier League, the plans will be completed. If we are in the Championship, we will try to drive attendance to make a business justification for building the stand. The Pozzos do not do ego projects. Their aim is to build a sustainable club. Q: What are the chances of keeping our loanees, does it depend on the division we are in? A: SD The label 'loanees' is a bit of a red herring. We only brought them in on loan as it was easiest administratively. Vydra is now attracting a lot of interest so, if a Premier League side comes in for him, he may decide to go. However, he has 2.5 years left on his contract, so he is more likely to stay. Others have committed their future to the club. Q: What will happen to the fans in the middle of the Lower Rous when the dugouts are moved there? A: SD The plans to move the dugout to the Lower Rous may be changing. The contract for the use of the South-West corner are about to be signed and this is now planned to be an extra venue for hospitality. The new changing rooms will be part of the new East Stand. Q: If we get promoted, can we tempt some of the more experienced players from Udinese? A: GN It is such a big world, why stop at Udinese? The reason why we loaned so many players from there this season is because we took over the club so late and there was no budget. We will have different options this Summer. There was loads more, but I picked out some bits from it. Thanks go to Frances Lynn who was at the forum
What a surprise! Mme. la poste delivered a large envelope to rural France this morning from Watford Football Club. Could this be my call up to replace the injured Nos? Did they need advice on building a new stand? Could it be that I was to be given a company car, an American Express Gold Card, and a request to watch as many French games as possible, reporting back on any young talented players? None of these I am afraid, but an invitation to buy a season ticket. Very good value I must say if I was a tad nearer, but for one or two games per season not a real option. Still I have my fan ID card now and can have my seat downloaded onto it. It will have to be a very small seat!
no he doesn't...hey ho. If you know anyone else, let me know...it's for a friend on twitter who has a spare
Morning all from a chilly bandit country, just going to have quick cuppa and then off to Tesco to get some vitals in for the week-end. Nice stuff from The Forum OFH - one of my mates sent me a text from it regarding the pre-season as we were planning to take a trip if we were planning some games away. I looked up Cortina and it quite a trip - it's almost in The Alps and a far drive from Udi - first investigation looks like Venice is the closest direct flight. But carrying on getting some more detail.

My internet security now knows not606 is good, because I had to tell them. Frú Ak was watching an English television series last night on DVD, Middlemarch. The first 30 minutes were nothing and then it wakes a little. Juliet Aubrey is good on the eyes.
Morning all, as forecast I awoke to rain on the roof. Due to be like it all day they say, then back to dry and sunny days for the next week. Managed to get all of the grass cut yesterday as it was getting long and I didn't wish for it to be wet as well. Blasted smoke alarm decided to start beeping in the middle of the night to say that it needed a new battery. It kept Mme awake, whereas I slept through it. It did get me up early though. Somehow I think that today's game will be very important. A win would keep us on course, but a loss would see the pack getting even closer together. Hope that SD gets a good reception, but his team are not too stubborn. With a virtual sell out for the home fans we need a good showing to keep the interest going. Burnley have sold 500 tickets so there will be a lot of spare seats down their end. Thanks for the coffee ak. Will gently take it on board before I go out on the bread run.
Good Morning All, Thanks for the coffee Ak, much needed this chilly morning. Got back last night from 10 days in sunny Cyprus average 25C each day seems I missed most of the bad weather. Reading postings things are still looking good for the club (nice post OFH) and seems GFZ will have money to spend in the summer. Pleased to see MV has won the FLP award. Is the ticket for today H?
Is Cyprus the new Ãsland? Will David Cameron uses anti-terror legislation to make Cyprus pay money to the British government.
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa - I just cannot wait for that weasel faced rat Holloway's excuses, I am sure it will be because the Brum keeper in on loan.
Yeah, its not right. You cant sell a player and then loan him back. Crystal Palace cant call up Sir Alex, sell him Wilf for £15,000,000 and then have him back. Leaving them free to play him and buy a £15,000,000 player too. Its a loophole!
