Some good sense from GFZ in this article - he just gets better and better and no wonder 'ammers fans are a bit narked... http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...Watford-warned-by-Prem-chasing-boss-Zola.html
What a lovely man! http://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/10260200.Poyet_blasts_critics_of_Zola_loan_dealings/
It goes goes to show the sense spoken by some of the non-English managers and probably why they are generally more successful. I have been listening a bit to what Ladrup has been saying the last few weeks and I am hugely impressed with him as well - how do Swansea attract such quality managers? cough, cough...
Ak and emiatts are the only two regular posters still to post this week - running out of time to get tonight's games included - I will let it run to 7 pm and then tomorrow at 2pm for the rest of the games
Been thinking about it all day. At least most of you have been asleep. I didn't realise a football match could still mean this much.
make saturday rather depressing eh..... .Just want a load of other teams to somehow win..... And I have to spend the day putting up fencing
Still numb, but not sure what was worse, the result or Little Miss W_Y texting me every 2 milliseconds from the pub in Chiswick she was watching it in...I had to switch my phone off in the end! Anyway, onwards and upwards! - I was thinking of going to Bedford to watch the Rugby, but I think I will have a quiet afternoon in. Come on the REAL "Hatters" this afternoon...
Afternoon all, grey with a nip to the breeze today. Sun forecast for later, so might get me going outside. Did a trip to get some gardening supplies in this morning and passed a field with several hundred cranes resting and feeding on their migration north. They look large when they are flying overhead, but on the ground they are huge. A little further on we passed a large lake. Today is the first day of the fishing season and the water was surround with people and small green tents. A mobile catering tent was set up serving hot food cooked on a BBQ and I spotted the sign for vin chaud. It seems as if any event, indoors or out is accompanied by food and drink, but today something warm was necessary.
