My eldest is only 6, so I guess I'm still at the "because I said so" stage where I don't always have to justify my arguments. :)

Quite a dilemma Hornette - have to say Mr H is v understanding....often the only way I am 'allowed' to go the home games is by dropping the youngest kid at my mums house on the way (its pretty clear who wears the trousers!) When I used to go to Watford synagogue there was a bit of an in joke (even the Rabbi was aware) where we would nod our heads and say 'see you later for some more songs at the temple'. I'm suffering such withdrawal at the moment - last game was Huddersfield! With Purim (I'll let hornette explain) this saturday and as I'm working on sunday took a lot of persuasion to be able to go to Derby game ....Mrs H wants me to leave 15 mins from end..... I have a feeling there will b a lot of traffic getting home :)

Also.....just noted that our challengers have boosted their attacking options today with some more loans (dreadful business)....George Boyd to Hull and Harry Kane to Leicester.....cant say that either player would walk into our team but I suppose it gives them more options....

I dont understand the Boyd transfer. If you believe Adrian Durham, which I know most dont, Boyd didnt go to Hull for money, but for a chance of premiership football.
Have I missed something, or isnt he only on loan till the end of the season? So even if Hull go up, he simply goes back to Posh. It does not mean he gets premiership football, yeah ok he might be in the shop window for a short period, but thats it.

I believe he has gone on loan with the agreement of a permanent move in the summer (presumably for a few million quid) if they get promoted. Some players frighten me when the play for opposing teams again the orns and although Boyd has some very good attributes (height, goals, strength) he has never been one of them (he has always flitted in and out of games when I have watched him play). Even the loan Egyptians @ Hull are not a patch on our loan rangers. Cant wait for the Derby game!

Never mind Mr Integrity - I just cannot bring myself to support them whilst he and that nasty piece of work Suarez are at the club
