And thanks to Scott Duncan - the ref who didn't send Vaughan off against us when he should have done. Wouldn't have been there to score the winner tonight if he had. :)

Rather grey outside, but very mild.

My nice new plough is due to be delivered this afternoon. Man phoned before I was out of bed to confirm delivery and left a message on the answerphone. He spoke so fast the two of us had to listen to it half a dozen times before we worked out what he said. I had to phone him back and he was no slower, but this time I was in control and made him repeat what I thought he said. Oh the joys of a foreign language. ;)

My doctor says I've had a touch of irritable bowel syndrome. We're playing well, the wine supplies have been stocked up, Mrs H continues to cook beautiful food and make me laugh...what has it got to be irritated about? <laugh>

Would you like to update us on the battle that Blaer Bjarkardottir has just been through ak?

Seems strange, but Iceland not the only place.

Evening all - with all the transfer fees and wages being paid, the Steptoe's have to stay up. Relegation and 'arry will be off and they will be in big trouble. 'Onest 'arry was on the TV the other week moaning about the wage bill he inherited, now he is bringing in an unfit player for £12 M and paying him 100k a week - the world has truly gone mad
