But I'm not holding out much hope of there being any left, 4000 already sold. Brilliant turn out for the club so far, but gutted for myself

Morning all, pretty chilly here as well with just a few flakes of snow first thing. Friend who we went to see a couple of weeks ago in Hay on Wye is now in hospital having suffered a heart attack. Clearly we were all a bit too much for him.
Sorry to hear that OFH - hope he gets treatment as good as Mrs L had - they put a stent in her within an hour of her heart attack and that was four years ago and touch wood she has not had a problem with that since
Not quite as good in his case Leo. He went to doctors for a check up as he drives the mini bus for the old folk. He passed out in the surgery, so they gave him a glass of water and sent him home. Last Friday he had a second attack, so they took him off to the cardiac unit at Swansea. They have been doing tests until today and have said he will need an op, but don"t know yet if it will be a stent or bypass. As of this morning he doesn't know when he will be treated.

Ah - Mrs L had her heart attack nice and publicly passing out in TJ Hughes (Clements that was) in the snow back in February 2009 so the ambulance men could not get very close and they took her on a stretcher along the high street to where they managed to park it !! An operation was essential there and then and of course it was Harefield they took her to which could not have been a better place. Wales is like the third world for the NHS and unfortunately Mrs L is now being treated at Swansea for the cancer - next appointment this afternoon. Leaving soon -if I can get the car started

Friday, that is not good. The hope for me is the season ticket holding fans and the fans with five tickets are the same. The usual 600 get their tickets so there are some left.
You guessed right..but the darn thing was cancelled when we got there coz the roads were icy..on the back streets..gutted!
