I am coping Minxy, but getting fed up with having to sit around so much.

I have just uncorked a bottle, so if you fetch me a glass for you we can get stuck in.;)

I'll take a droip as well please OFH - I am in tonight as I have a heavy chest cold and feeling sorry for myself. Mainly as it's stopped me from going to the gym for a workout.

It would seem that Baz is now out of the Red Lion picture. Not sure yet who owns it, but Josh Price is back as manager and Neil will be getting his old player contacts in.

Morning all, weather as normal with a high of 30C expected this afternoon. <cool>

Had an interesting chat with the district nurse this morning about pig breeding and how to give them injections. <yikes>

Anyway OFH has been good and no longer has to have a dressing on the war zone. ;) Mme has been having a good look at it. I thought she was wanting to look at the wound, but discovered she was marking the surgeons sewing ability out of a maximum of 10. I think he got 7/8. :emoticon-0120-doh:

A poor performance from Scotland, but I suppose a point is a point. Why on earth they persist with Kenny Miller I do not know - would have won that but for him. :(

But on the bright side, I see the scummers lost heavily to a village team. ;)

LOL -I think I'd be drummed out of Scotland for saying that. But, to be honest, if he and Rhodes had been up front yesterday, Scotland would have won that handsomely IMO

I agree with you BB - Miller was very poor (again) and big Chris & Rhodes would have caused havoc, but as say, suggesting that would have you drummed out.

Morning all from a bright and sunny bandit country - the locals are not very happy this morning after getting stuffed by a pub team!

I think I heard correctly that one of the people talking after the Moldova - England football match said England were good enough to owin the Wordld Cup. Is this true?

Quite possibly AK - the hacks tend to get carried away after England's finest beat a very small country, then have kittens and demand an autopsy after getting knoocked out by a half decent small country. But then it's all forgotten as soon as there is a "Super Sunday" in the worlds "best" league and all is right with the world again.

We have no degrees of celsius and sleet.

Our word is another that shows the link between our languages slydda and sleet sound similar.
