I heard that he's locked away in a 'safe' place, but no-one knows where the key is. ;)

Apart from that - not a word.

Does anyone know if the pub will be open? Am back in Watford this weekend and have a ticket for the match, so hope to convince my old man to pop in for a pre-match pint!

Afternoon all, back from a few days on the west coast. Weather very good, but needed aircon on in the car. Having been for a swim or two I was feeling rather sporty so agreed to a game of tennis. Big mistake; running to get to a ball near the baseline I felt something tear in my ankle and although driving is possible walking is difficult. :(

Sympathy levels are rather low. "It is about time you learnt to act your age." :emoticon-0101-sadsm

I am going to be 30 soon, the Mrs found a few grey hairs sprouting. Apparently the term 'semi-silver fox' doesn't hold any wieght here !!

Oh, and on a different note - do hornets live in a 'nest'?

Gasoline has risen up a lot since I went away and that is not good. Has the price inflated in the UK or are we being made victims because of the remote location? It is now ÍSL249.40, diesel fuel is a little bit me. ÍSL249.40 is now GBP1.325 so the Krona has got weaker.
