Yep, i can totally relate to that. You have to have the right frame of mind, or it's never going to work...that's the tough thing...

Morning all, quite a strong breeze here this morning that is very warm as it is coming up from the south. It is very difficult to know what to expect each day as the forecast changes so often. Last night the Meteo said it would be fine all day today, this morning there is the possibility of storms. Oh well, what will be will be.;)

5C and the sky is grey. Very grey. We had rain yesterday and I think there will be more today.

Todays news is the three boys who broke in the swimming pool must pay for the clean up after himself.
Roy Swan Shannon or Gunnar Jakobsson as he calls himself is to be sent to Ísland from Danmörk after being a *****phile, we do not want him here but he says he lives in Stokkseyri which is on the other side of the country. He is not Íslendingur and he is a criminal so why does he have to come.

Not much recently, Frenchie, and, as you say, returned home to find the garden more jungle-like than when we were last here for more than a couple of nights. Unfortunately it now looks set to rain for several days so that much of what needs doing will have to wait. I shall have a coffee and watch the grass grow through the window :emoticon-0118-yawn:

I just cant read the Watford Observer site anymore, there are so many planks on there its untrue!! There is no resonable debate and they keep resorting to offering each other out for a fight all the time. You are either a happy clapper or a Baz hater and nothing inbetween.

So hello everyone, its been a while since I was last on so hope all is well with u all.

Such comments have been made on here from time to time hornets. I can't remember anyone from this site offering to fight another poster, maybe we are not that advanced. ;)

Anyway welcome back, always good to see folk around. <ok>

Good afternoon all. We had 69 parcels today and we got soaked!!!

Hi there. I too have given up posting now, you just get an earful of abuse for posting fact. Its a good job that you guys on here are so nice.

I often wonder why we dont include a lg 1/championship team in there somewhere. If we are playing non-league teams it offers no information about how we will fare in the season ahead and can injure players as it did with Big Chris. Why not play someone who we are likely to either face, or play a team of similar strength so we can find out our weaknesses and our strengths??

I think a small, bottom half team in our division would make more sense. Leeds United perhaps?
