I see that Luton have fired their manager. Very strange with only a month of the season to go. Still he did seem to have lost the plot rather.

    H - you little Minx....

Evening all - just back from a fun afternoon, of course I fell asleep on the train and not cost me £25 in taxi home - Mrs W_Y is out and # 2 son went to Fabric last night so not expected to reappear for a few days

I just cannot believe my days - the filth losing, us winning away against all odd's - happy days my fellow travellers...

Brilliant. We can now get away with a mock-up of Brabin in a Watford shirt, without the possibility of it backfiring. <cheers>

I was tempted to go on there myself.

Did you enjoy Wembley? I had a decent afternoon out with my dad and brother, but the game itself was pretty dire. We were 100 yards away from the only good part, and being at the wrong end (view wise) in rugby is worse than in football.

Morning all, chilly start to the day but beautiful blue skies and the sun is shining. What another great result yesterday to make it even better that's now three clean sheets in the last four games.

after all the talk about Reading's run into the automatic promotion places take a look at this table.

Especially the goals against column - our defence will need to keep up that sort of form on Friday.

Bit disappointed April 1st is a Sunday - no trying to work out what the April Fool in the Jersey Evening Post is.

Morning all - unfortunately I have had to remove the latest prediction league as it appears that one or two people have been cheating - I will correct and re-post later Perhaps the Mods can look into it for us. Also please note that hornetAlex apparently now wishes to be know as hornet Alicia so I have also made that change. Further details on the WPL 2011-2012 thread

Not happy with my younger sister this morning. She's part of Rock Choir and when she put on Facebook earlier this week that she would be "performing at Wembley on Saturday" that it would be in the Arena in the evening, not as part of the entertainment at the rugby yesterday. I wish I'd known, as apparently they were shown as part of the match coverage. She would also have probably been near the front as she's 3" (approx 7.5cm) shorter than me.

w_y, did you see them and if you did, what did you think? (be honest)

Góðan daginn til allra. Cappuccino, coffee, tea donuts and fruit are on the bar.

Frothy cappuccinos for for al, HH, Leon and W_Y
Coffees for COYH, Frenchie, Kev rob theo and vic-rijrode
    Strong coffee for Sandy
    Milky coffee for Yorkie
    Espresso for SuffolkHorn
Strong black coffees for Bragi Norway and zen
Black coffee half hot half cold and no sugar for Charlie
Tea for BHD jsybarry jerzeypie Lloydinio NZ and BCFC Red
Tea with skimmed milk and no sugar for GG
hot chocolate with marshmallows for BBW
    Caramel latte for Hornette
Redwine for NZ as he is so ahead of us in time

We have -1C and a grey cloudy sky. The threat is snow today but up to mow it is dry.

The team are now three points above my prediction and nearer to beating MMs total last season. Five points from six matches is needed to pass. There have to be a lot of goals we are -7 against +6.

Thanks for the coffe Ak - Yes we need extra goals to beat last years but as we will end up with more than 62 points (hopoefully) that will be an aside. :emoticon-0103-cool:

Thanks for the frothy AK, it is most welcome today...you are a star sir..

NNW - I enjoyed the experience, they certainly know how to put a show on..very Americanesque...but the Rugby was dire and Saracens defence was very poor. We had very good seats almost at pitch level, so it was very difficult to keep up with game when it was on the other side of the pitch - I think with Rugby, more than with football a seat high up is much better to get a sense of depth of the game.

Jersey - I can honestly say I did not notice them, we didn't get to our seats until McFly came on about 15 mins before kick-off and I had had 6 pints and 2 double rums by then! Shame, because if I had known I would have got there earlier and taken a look. What I can say, as i said above, the entertainment overall was excellent, a great experience, so i would imagine anyone who appears would have to be very good..

A great day out, made even more special by a great win for us...this season just gets better and better and I am so proud of our club. SD is becoming a legend for us...what else can we ask for?

    COYH..
