It's something to do with a dodgy agent apparently Ak. The same agent works for the club that represents all the players they're taking on..something like that. He's done deals that suits the club for just a very few months, and showcases his clients.

Meanwhile, i can't see how new players will be bedded in by Saturday so i still think we'll be fine :)

If you look to the side of the page, there is a mention of a story of him going on loan to York.

Well that has been a hard day, the fog seemed to hang around and going to Chateauroux for more Christmas shopping was tiring. The season is just getting underway here with mountains of chocolate everywhere, lots of seasonally packaged food and bottles usually over priced. Put a bottle of wine and a jar of pate in a wicker basket and a cellophane wrapper does seem to double the price of the two items.:(

So I think a mug of Horlicks tonight then off to bed. Thank heavens I have not woken up in the middle of the night having bad dreams about the owner. ;)

Well that's a naff end to the night. The co2 alarm went off in the kitchen. Have vented the house and given the boiler a quick clean around, just in case the vents were blocked. Have reset the alarm and will leave some of the windows open a bit. But will be keep an ear out all night, just in case.

Tomorrow is now going to be a day of phoning boiler engineers to come round and give it a service. But I suspect it's going to need replacing. Found the original paperwork from the last owner and it's 18 years old!!!

Night all, let's hope that it was a false alarm and all is well in the morning.
