i've never stuck at it this long before...i've amazed myself...and it's paying off..but i've hit the wall..plateau'd in a big way...frustrating..but i'll get past it hopefully ..and hopefully soon!
yep, tomorrow i start exercising again...something light to start with...see if that will help..though usually and weirdly..my body prefers not to exercise...often if i do i get fat lol
Morning all from Paris, yesterday my other half had to go to work to aid those poor kids who were involved in the bus crash She helped at the train station to ensure they a hassle free trip home after the accident, Eurostar really worked hard to ensure it went smoothly, they got a whole carriage to themselves and were put on the train first. Here's hoping the ones still in hospital make a speedy and full recovery!
