Agreeed. john Terry is a thoroughly nasty person. He should be deposited in the gutter that he wants to live in with his equally despicable mate Rooney. They have no moral values and if they hadn't been good at football I have no doubt that they would be in jail. They disgust decent people.

Maybe I shouldn't post this after a number of birthday drinks!

Your birthday NZ? If so I hope that you have had a good day. <ok> I hope you have three points on your wish list. ;)

It has warmed up overnight, -5C this morning, but I am surprised to see that we have more snow. The forecast was for more tomorrow, not today, and looking at the sky it is a mystery were it has come from. Oh well I hope that we have an easy passage this afternoon as I have reduced stocks again in the cave. :(

Yes - Happy Birthday NZ, if indeed it is the day. The sun down there should be well and truly over the yardarm so have another <ale>.

Hope you're currently listening to Brisbane Roar destroying the pretenders to their throne on their own turf <laugh> 2-0 up with 25 minutes left.

Warmed up here too, ofh. After yesterday's chilly maximum of -6C, it's a positively balmy 2C. Thankfully, it looks like we're going to miss the predicted bad weather for the rest of the UK. Took my son to work an hour or so ago and on the way we spotted a couple of rugby supporters starting their journey to Murrayfield for today's Calcutta Cup match - marching along the street towards the bus stop with an unfurled banner between them, both singing, both swigging from large beer cans, both wearing only kilts and t-shirts - no brain, no pain?

Lunch at the cricket - Pakistan 30-2, with a deficit of 12. Levi (Andrew Strauss) ended up getting the first 50 of the match in England's 141.

This afternoon hopefully 3 points for the 'Orns and a win for Cardiff Devils at Belfast Giants. Unfortunately, the red and blacks (Jersey RUFC) can't further continue their promotion charge as their division has no fixtures this week due to the 6 Nations.

Morning from a cold and frosty Gloucester, strange that in the middle of winter<laugh> I should not have trouble getting to the match today but the journey home might be a little more interesting<yikes> shall we say;)

Still I only have to be at work for 0715 tomorrow, so I have plenty time to get back;)

Ain't it just 'kin typical. Went to bed with the heating set low to keep the house warm and woke up it find it has busted in the night - 2 hours with a hair dryer trying to unfreeze the condensation pipe has not fixed the error. So no heating or hot water today - first available engineer appointment is between 08.00 and 13.00 tomorrow.
Just as I was going to cancel the contract with BG and just keep the money in the bank - Mrs W_Y was not keen, so that's another good plan dashed on the rocks!
Oh well, off to the dry cleaners and the butchers, so breakfast and then down to The Vic...

Quite right! And very happy belated birthday! :)

It's darn cold so i'm just off to get my layers on! I have a rota run to do tonight, to Golders Green, just when it's forecast to snow...i'm kinda hoping the snow comes early and puts paid to that coz i have to be in Moor Park at 8pm for a surprise 50th and i'm on table plan duty! Oh dear, it's all go! I just hope i don't get stuck on the M1 or anything daft.

Right, off to the home of football i go :)..laters taters!

    COYH!!!!!!
