With the big influx of strikers into QPHa yesterday, I wonder if Hughes will be looking to shift some out? He will if they get relegated...
Ooh it's gross! I feel sick! lol where's your swinging watch Sandy? Hopefully a couple of them will want to head our way before they get relegated
Don't like the BBC Sport site at all...garish, dumbed down, but should appeal to colour blind 12-year-olds...
Give me a couple of months and I am sure I will get used to the new BBC site - just feel like I could do with an injection of something to help at present.
I'm finding it easier to ignore all the premier league stuff and skip straight to the championship... and other leagues. Just a few clicks along the top and you're there! I like the stats info too. And the way they list the players. The sport section has always been yellow too, it's just the main colour rather than the accent colour. I've adapted to this change much more than the dreaded facebook timeline... once again considering leaving fb (even though I know I won't).
I have been thinking of doing that for a while too, but its the main way my and the Gf communicate when we dont see each other. So we would loose that which is more important.
I remember when MSN was the big thing... arranging times with school friends to chat on MSN after school! Don't know how people coped in the olden days!
We used to use that, but her internet signal is rubbish, so whenever it goes down she would have to sign in again which would take ages. So we gave up. I would call her, but it would cost an arm and a leg, and she also has 4 others who call her each night.
i still don't have the timeline thing...not sure why but i think i'll hate it if ever i get it! lmao! we talked...on something called a telephone We'd talk for hours and hours and hours, until our parents screamed at us to get off the phone..and when i was young we had a party line..was great listening in to next door's phone calls! lol
Lol! Hear anything interesting? Didn't need to listen in on a phone to hear my neighbours in my uni house... they were always shouting and the walls were on the thin side!!! Couldn't understand what they were saying mind you. My mum loves telling me that when she met my dad she didn't have a phone and would have to go to the phonebox to call him!
Is anyone reading about the match in Egypt? 74 suspected dead after the home team beat the league leaders and prompted a pitch invasion and stampede. What is going on in the world?
The bad side of football. "Terrified al-Ahly players fled the pitch, describing the incident as "war, not football"." I know we have our rivalries in this country, but I can't imagine anything like this. It's not just an invasion and stampede, it's people with knives and weapons. Horrible.
lol..phoneboxes! I used to go out with a friend who had to call her mum every half hour past midnight to let her know she was safe!! We spent most of the night looking for phoneboxes!
Well i think i will call it a day now. I have to be alert for uni tomorrow. Night all. See you tomorrow
