yup indeed i did lol. He deserved the abuse he got, and i did it with out swearing lol. He was no more than 3 yards away so must have heard also!!
yes, although i always said the kids are allowed to swear at Vicarage Road, and nowhere else lol...once little miss Hornette, probably about 8 at the time, wanted to scream at the ref..she looked at me and asked if she could swear..i nodded. She turned to the ref and took a deep breath, then looked back up at me..and asked..."what shall i say?" ...lol...really the moment had passed by then!
My Ex always has a go at me, just in case I swear in front of my son at the footie. I never have or I do it in a way he cant hear me But I am very careful what I shout out When my son stated going we were sat in the right hand side of the Rookery he was only 7-8 at the time and the bloke sat in the row behind was swearing about everything not just the football. So I asked nicely if he could curb his language and then he got all sarcastic talking to his mates (he was about my age) oops best not swear etc etc. I took it for a while until I had had enough of his sniping, so I turned round to him and said into his ear that if he did not stop swearing I was going to knock him out with one punch He got the message No I am not a prude and I believe that you can swear where you want within reason, but not go out your way just to pi$$ people off.
Yeah, i have to curb my tongue in the VR end, i can get away with a bit of verbal if its clean, and a lot of singing. But swearing it not allowed. I dont do it unless i have to or when it is warranted. I would not have to be told twice by you Al, you arent exactly small lol
I sit close to the away fans as it's much better, you can give them all sorts of abuse , can't say much of officials though
Well that's only if we catch any Weeds fans in the home ends being 2hats, generally a nice bunch, honest
