I have a trapped nerve in my neck and all of my right upper torrso, shoulder, arm and hand are in a lot of pain. To make matters worse I find it unbareable to hold the mouseor sit in front of the PC. Charlie when I had mine I actually remember talking to Bertie Mee who was at Watford then... as I was in such pain.... he said.. in that era remember... there was nothing to do but rest.... Nowadays: hot and cold antiimmflammatories antimflammatory cream gentle stretches then as the inflammation goes down physio or osteo or chiro... take your pick... ( i always got on best with osteo) fuller stretching and then gentle stretching exercise... wish you well
