I'd like to see this, except I think M'bia probably has to play CB, and Diakite should do well where you put M'bia. I prefer Cisse to Zamora for his speed and mobility myself, he just needs to get in the habit of scoring again, like last season

Faurlin is better than Derry and Park combined!

He was the best defensive player in the league last season before he got injured.

I had doubts exactly about those 2 position. I only watched one game where Diakite played and he got sent off, so I can't really judge his abilities (I only figured out that he isn't one of the most intelligent players in the game)
Zamora or Cisse, neither one impressed me that much.

But Diakite was really good, for all of the approx 15 minutes!

Yes and we someone who will carry out the whole game. I don't say he's bad but he should really think what you can or can't do when you've already been booked.

Of course. maybe you don't know but Diakite did the same in his first game for us last february think it was! But when he came back from suspension he put in a few very good performances. At his best he looks a fast, skilfull and strong box to box player.

Is there a case for playing him, then subbing him as soon as he gets booked, what do you reckon Flyer?

It should be a captains/fellow players job to calm him down. We all knew he would get sent off when he made his debut. Wasnt that as a sub too, maybe he doesnt like being on the bench!

Hughes ought to be teaching him -give him a few heavy challenges himself and then a 20 minute cold shower if he overreacts !

Its not an over reaction like cisse did, hes just lunging into stupid tackles which is really stupid to do when you already have a yellow.

He should really avoid reckless tackles altogether , he's a good athlete and we can use some speed in midfield

I think Granero is a good player. I remain to be convinced whether he will be a great player or not.

    He's my hope Col!
I already think he's great, needs to be further forward in that 4 2 3 1 system though, got goals and assists in him, he has the vision<cool>

Not saying you're wrong mate.....just not convinced yet. I'd also like to see him in the centre of a three behind Zamora with Taarabt and Hoilett each side of him. Do you think Hughes will do that?

As QPR fans we've adapted to live off despair. That's why we're so gloomy.

Exactly what I think. (Col will catch up later!)

No chance we'll be able to hang on to him if things don't improve quickly. Still a safe bet though as a saleable commodity.

But if things pan out, we could well have other greats on our hands in Taarabt, Hoilett, Cesar - and even the comparatively aging Cisse if he gets his act together.
