Billy's from the posh part of Kenny. There's no need asking where you're from Boots because all you blues are from County Road.
I am mate...we're Fairfield really don't ya know...them Kenny scum can go rot ****y Road btw...your spellings getting worse Page old age that.
Think the care home nurses have sent him to bed anyway mate How did you manage to get your own thread off topic by the way?
What if Everton were to patent an empty blue seat, or a corner flag surrounded with bottles, coins, spit and a petrified linesman?
It was your handywork that took it off topic. Tbh i just wanted a bite from the blues on an otherwise boring sunday evening But Alfie is bitter and a lot poorer in his battle to take the bird away, he even put himself up for the local election so he could oppose our proposed move to the park, luckily he only got 52 votes.
52 votes is quite impressive...thats more than Saddam used to actually get...Alfies just not got the henchmen available to "swing" a result (bit like Rodgers haha)
Back on topic. LFC do not have comprehensive trademark rights on the Liver Bird design. Their protected rights are limited. Hence if this Bluenose wishes to use a Liver Bird design as part of his training company logo, LFC would have no grounds upon which to claim infringement of their copyright. It would also be possible for him to register a device himself - though with limitations. Total and utter waste of money. Any decent trademark and patent lawyer could have given him this advice relatively cheaply.
