Usually i don't think about food at this time, so it's a bit scary to be hungry now. I'm hoping that will pass in a couple of days. Don't do it Dan, do something else, but don't hit the junk!

I have barricaded myself in my room. Tomorrow i will have a breakfast and then get on the Wii again. Maybe do some stretching too before training. Thats another issue i have, on tues and fri i dont have breakfast as i am already getting up at 7-7:30, any earlier and i would be unfit to drive!!

no need to push it too hard hon...it has to be realistic, otherwise you won't be able to stick to it..you're doing great, just doing what you're doing :)

Taking the first step is always the hardest. But every journey begins with that one step.

That's cause you're a woman. There's a scientific principle that says marriage transfers weight from a man to a woman. Something to do with Newton's Law of Gravity, I think :)

Doesn't quite work if the woman is heavier than the man to start with - if it did there would've been nothing of me after about 2 years of marriage.

You should keep your goals simple, better to tone what you have got and lose weight that way. If you set yourself to hard a target you will just get upset when you don't see the weight drop off and you will have given up all the nice things for no reason.

Just eat sensibly, try not to starve yourself as that will have the opposite effect.

H, your diet may have something to do with your headache!

It's good to be back H, been away for a while first on holiday, then been worrying unnecessarily over medical things. But got the all clear, damned medication that is supposed to fix but actually causes other issues!!! <grr>

The best thing is I think I self diagnosed, whilst waiting in the hospital the other day the penny dropped that my issue had gone away since I stopped taking some of the meds for my knees! Then got the all clear after the procedure, so happy days so far! We shall see what the medics say at work but I am happy anyway:)
