Pork slices in honey and mustard sauce with rice tonight. Only a small quantity so that I can take on the rest of my calories in liquid form.
not good..funnily enough, pizza is the one thing i can't bring myself to eat, even when i'm not dieting..it's just that one step beyond lol
Norways national dish more Pizza places than the italians !! might push the boat out and go for a steak no potatoes!! washed down with red wine less cals than beer! Thing is breakfast is hard they cook omelettes to order which are lovely , they do a great cooked breakfast apart fro the sausages are rubbish, lots of waffley things which I leave alone , lotsof pastry dishes which I leave alone and lots of cheeses which I cant resist
that actually doesn't sound like a bad breakfast Norway ...cheese is okay in small quantities and eggs are great! Well done on the no potatoes!
Glad you approve H the cakes are off limit which is a shame they do a mean looking vanilla slice! Black forest to die for I only have to look and put on weight!!
i know the feeling Norway...and cooking for the family isn't much fun either..i like the look of what they're eating! lol
I am a lover of them but only have them once a week. The issue here is the lack of consistency. I am out on a weds, as is my sister. My sis is also out on sundays and tuesdays and any nights she is babysitting. Then my step-dad is out working some nights. So often it is just 2/3 of us eating. H- i would have grilled them, but mum cooked so i was left with this. However, i find its not what i eat which fails me, its the amount and when. If i can cut out the crap and stop late night snacking i should be ok. I must walk 1/2 miles every day i am at uni, then i have training, and then delivering parcels so exercise is not too hard to get.
A rake with tree trunk legs lol. Anyone know how to get rid of muscle?? Im sure they add a stone each!!
Think I've been good, gym Monday night,porridge Tuesday morning,lots of walking at work-10 hours on my feet-jacket potato and chicken curry for lunch then I spoiled it with 4 pints at my poker night!
It's been a difficult day. I've been hungry almost all day...and the headache hasn't helped. Hopefully tomorrow will be easier!
This is the hardest part for me, i start getting hungry about now and i feel like eating all the junk in the house.
