I was thinking i'd try for 4 months..so February, but Passover is always a good goal too...i'll see how i'm going in February...but April is probably more realistic. As it happens, the Posh game isn't at Passover, i got my dates wrong, but the Posh game is also a good goal!

Well, after a standard weekend pigging out on "food", today hadn't started great. Went to the doctors to get my 24hr blood pressure monitor fitted, got to work and had a slice of carrot cake that was equivalent on weight to me 4 weeks ago. Washing it down with an apple, to "cancel out the bad stuff".
If you know of any acupuncturists, they have the perfect thing for that. Fiendishly clever those Chinese - simply amazing what they can do with a needle!
If anyone comes near me with a needle i will slam it in their eye!!! I hate them! Breakfast was a bowl of Wheatabix and a cup of milk.
You wouldn't even know it was there & feel virtually nothing as it goes in By the way, milk is fattening
I know, but its semi-skimmed and i dont drink tea or the like. I have one cup in the morn and one before bed. It helps my bones and apparently will help my sore knee. In would have Skimmed but it is just like water.
Done a long shift and fell off the diet on day 1 ! 2 beers and pizza !! maybe I will start on wednesday when things quieten down a bit (will power of a soggy lettuce!)
Good start here, i had some nuts and seeds thing for breakfast with a bit of milk, and a salad for lunch, with tuna and prawns and avocado (good fats apparently)...and a chilli for dinner with no rice coz i'm cutting right down on carbs. Lots of water today which i find very difficult, and i'm just going to treat myself to a coffee with the remainder of my milk allowance
Strangely, i'm hungrier today than i was yesterday. I'm hoping i'll soon realise that i'm not getting anymore, and that what i'm eating is enough! lol
Been to super market bought lots of fruit , No chocolate, no sweeties! and I promise no pizza this evening! Aircraft out ahead of schedule so may allow myself one beer! eating breakfast , binning lunch ,will hit the pool and gym tomorrow!
