My wife said that I would gain less weight if I would use a small bowl when I get myself ice cream. The results are not impressive. Not only am I still gaining weight, but now my ice cream falls over the side of the bowl. <laugh>

Well blood and xray results are in, my ankle is showing signs of degredation early arthritis, no wonder it is painfull<yikes> The blood test showed signs of gout, I will have to lay off the port and red wine, cease with the big stogies! I wish<laugh> So now I have to go through the loops with another physio to see if it is worth operating on my ankle to remove the excess cartilage which is causing the problem<yikes> Does anyone know a good number for a knackers yard?<laugh>

That doesn't sound too good Al. At least you know what's causing the pain now and can do something about it hopefully. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.

oh Al, so sorry to hear that. Good luck with healing it...apparently port doesn't really affect gout...so drink away! It probably helps the arthritis ;) <hug>
