Well no phys today as I need to rest my limbs, yesterday was very uncomfortable so I am having a day off to recover but will be back at it tomorrow
well, week 3 starts today, so the scores on the doors for week 2 are...another 2lbs off. That's -8lbs so far ...i'm rather happily surprised. I expect it to slow right down now, but i hope not too much!
4lbs lost in week 1, 0.5lbs lost in week 2, not being weighed again until day after the Boro game. Unfortunately at the moment I've had to scrap the idea of going the long way to work that involves climbing some stairs as it's not safe going up wet granite stairs, especially when there's a strong wind coming into the harbour.
I went to England for 10 days and lost 4lbs without knowing it. I can't make up my mind if it was the pub food or the shortage of Bordeaux.
Actually we did buy a pie, but my grandson who was full of a Big Mac and was going to share it, scoffed the lot.
lol ouch! ...bacon butties are off the menu for me...anything that ends in buttie is a no-no but bacon has me on two counts !lol
I've just been reading about all the yummy sounding food and wondering why I'm so hungry... I haven't had any lunch! Best go raid the cupboards!
I havent eaten either Betty. I came into uni for 9 so did not get chance to have b/fast and then have been non stop so no lunch!! I will defo be grabbing something on the way out.
not good hon, you need to have a good breakfast to start your engines running...breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper is the best way ...GO EAT! lol
