Yes, if a player is listed on the original post then he is deemed as been "taken" and therefore cannot be picked by another poster.

Good question, I assumed Loading meant just spend and not income from player sales.
I'm not sating we get loads of money, But I'd see us spending about £90Million and then potentially more if we make sales.
