A time filler maybe: Assassin's Creed Shadows review summary In Short: If you’ve never liked Assassin’s Creed this won’t win you over but Shadows is a well-made and exciting iteration that’s impressively well-polished, even if it lacks any significant new ideas. Pros: Ultra-fast shinobi and samurai combat that’s genuinely fun. Ancient Japan looks gorgeous with a huge, and hugely impressive, open world. The script and voice-acting are very competent. Cons: Dull mini-games and an inevitable sense of repetition and shallowness. Despite some minor innovations you can’t help feeling a more significant reboot is overdue. Score: 7/10
Yes, wouldn't go paying a lot for it. Think I can play free with my kids Unisoft+ account just have to switch to his profile.
Started Shadows. It looks great and it's about time there were games like this available for the Series X. Ended up paying for Unisoft Plus for the year which seemed sensible as there were 4 games that I'll go through Shadows, Mirage, Star Wars Outlaws and Avatar so decent price for all 4. I like Shadows already and it'll be a good game the intro is very slow though lots of cinematics and it takes an age to get to the open world.
So a little way into Shadows now and it's just a more polished version of the other games. It looks great only taken 7 years for a game to beat the graphics in RDR2 but they've done it. Game is okay but nothing very new so after a while you just feel like you've done this before. There are improvements to the previous games and it's worth a play for a decent price.
Elder scrolls Oblivion remastered is now on gamepass. Never really played oblivion so probs give this a go
When you’re playing your computer games, does your girlfriends shout at you ‘It’s like having a child in the house’
Nah, when the xbox is on she just has to go to the bedroom if she wants to watch telly. This is a modern household with equal rights and ****
Just started Wolfenstein New Order. Haven't played it since one quick run-through 10 years ago. Very satisfying.
Just ****e init. For me the whole vibe of the game is wilderness and small towns not a big **** off city.
