How is that embarrassing?

No one in the media, or on this site, gave Spurs a chance against you, this season - or in any season. It's an embarrassment for Arsenal to be on the same points as Spurs, and with a worst GD, at this point in the season.

The other is rising above its expectancy.

Only one team can put a positive spin on that situation which now seems at a potential cross over stage, with both teams sat on equal points.

Far from it. If you're saying that it's embarrassing for Arsenal to be level on points with Spurs, then you are making the case for it being that way because we are naturally a bigger and more superior club who should be streets ahead of you.

You may have done it subconsciously, but you have inadvertently slagged off Spurs. It probably comes from a deep seated understanding that you are our inferiors.
