We are all over the place and have been in every game this pre season. We are currently looking very easy to play against. The sense of urgency is pathetic.
It's just pre season but Howe could perhaps have fielded his best 11 for one game or get some confidence in them. We're heading into a season having failed to win a game.
We beat Carlisle. But that maybe isn’t classed as a win. Im worried by the performances not necessarily the results.
It's just used to get fitness up and to avoid injuries, but if we lose you kinda think maybe he should have actually fielded the 11 together for a while
But then the XI doesn’t even exist. We cannot possibly go into September with Osula up front. We cannot get to September with the risk of Targett or Ashby playing in midfield. Thiaw helps, but we didn’t do enough with the goalkeeper and we are still three short of a competitive squad.
Gordon hammy.... Wtf he was still out there for I don't know.. We're in not big trouble without at least 2 goal scoring fwds in this 11.. There's nothing anywhere in the front 3 or midfield or defensive positions that can score goals.
I think Howe might have burrowed himself to his own coffin with his reluctance to buy a few exciting players.
I'm being dramatic because pre season means nowt but genuinely there's no goals in the squad and Gordon is now injured too. It's been a while but we're about to get a good hiding.
