Wilson likely gone. Trippier too possibly, going on post match reaction. I'd say sell Willock as too injury prone, Longstaff as no longer of the required quality (depending on homegrown quotas) and then Barnes and maybe Murphy if decent fees can be fetched and strong replacements brought in.

Well as Tasty said, Wilson, Trippier and Willock.

Then add in Pope, Targett and Lobby

We have one spare place since Miggy left. Lewis is also holding a place but is gone in summer probably with Wilson. Can’t see Vlachidimos staying either so that’s four spaces already.
For me it’s time for Targett, Lashelles and Willock to go and I’d expect another keeper to go if we sign one.
Worth remembering that for Europe we need four home produced players and currently only have one in Longstaff. Miley will still be an under 21.

We need them to be able to fill the squad, we can still name a smaller squad without these, so not having the full number of homegrown players is not the end of the world. Just need to fill out the matchday squads with u21's

Again another pointless thing from EH. Why he couldn't put a youngster on the bench is silly. He could have even rotated them so they get used to first team affairs

For me, Pope is not a first choice UCL 'keeper, but seems like a positive influence so can surely do the job currently occupied by Ruddy/Gillespie. If he absolutely must, make Ruddy a coach but for the love of God stop putting him on the bench.

Getting a goalkeeper who doesn't **** themselves when the ball is played to them is absolutely vital this Summer.

I know we've had the season of our lives, but it still feels like the squad needs fairly major surgery.

Wouldn’t surprise me if you guys were interested in Kelleher. Will be off this year, last year of contract so prob be reasonable price.

Maybe, though I'd hope we'd be trying to be better than that. Liverpool's third choice 'keeper isn't necessarily the aspirations I'd like to see.

    2nd choice?

And to be fair he’s a very good keeper. Not perfect for sure, but best thing can say is that he stood in for Alisson without seeing a huge drop off. Experienced international CL keeper coming up to his prime and is HG.

'Keepers; Pope's a decent understudy, the other four seem almost pointless. Dubs is a decent third choice but I think he'll be sold, with Odysseas. Ruddy might get a coaching gig, Gillespie will probably hang around as he's valueless.
Right back; We've got one - Krafth is poor, Trippier spent, so either Shahar/Ashby are ready or we will need to get someone in.
Left back; again, we've got one - Targett's surely done, Burn can't play there though Tino has done an outstanding job. That said, we don't have enough cover.
Centre mid; depends on the plans for next season, I suppose. On paper, it's the one area we're dominant in, but Willock and Longstaff have been poor for too long and Miley isn't trusted.
Right wing; Murphy's effectlvely dive-bombed back to his true self and desperately needs upgrading, though I would keep him on as a sub. But realistically again we're really short here. Osula's done ok in bits, but again isn't trusted and I don't think he's really a RW.
Left wing; One of Gordon or Barnes needs to be sold. They're hot and cold, and just seem to get in each other's way. The way the season's gone, I won't miss either but Barnes in particular is very crap far too often - Gordon just needs a break.
Centre forward; one of the highlights of the season is Wilson not getting a new deal, we desperately need better than him. Isak needs someone or something different to either feed off, or learn from.

I'm not convinced on the 3-4-3 we've tried. It's ok defensively in a 5-4-1, but the transition is too reliant on playing through teams and the likes of Everton, and about 12 other PL teams, sit deeper and aren't worried about possession. Besides which, Burn and Schar are far too exposed due to lack of pace, particularly Burn. Tonali as well is much more effective in the sole deep lying role - Bruno is another where lack of pace leaves us short in the middle. We won't get them all, but we need:

    1st choice GK.
    Cover at right full back.
    1st choice CB.
    Real cover for Joelinton.
    1st choice RW.
    Real cover/support for Isak.

    6 in. Minimum.
