I'm kinda surprised we haven't been linked with Alex Scott from Bournemouth yet considering Eddie's penchant for buying players from English clubs starting with the letter B I thought he was excellent in the England Under 21's Euro winning team this summer and think he'd be a nice upgrade on Longstaff albeit probably an expensive one considering Bournemouth paid over 20mil for him when they bought him from Bristol a couple of years ago, but young English players are always egregiously priced these days.

Signing a sub 'keeper because you somehow cannot find anyone in World football more capable than Nick Pope is unreal. What's even worse is if we assume they're trying to play from the back, why would you turn to someone who Arsenal kicked out because they're bad at it, and who was at one of the worst teams the PL has ever seen.
