    Connolly and Lambert for me - Connolly when fit is one of the best strikers in this division, and he seems fit now.

    I'm certain it will be Lambert & Connolly. Indeed, assuming no new signings and no Chamberlain. I'm pretty damm certain that the XI will be:

    Davis; Butterfield Fonte Seaborne Harding; Guly Hammond Cork Lallana; Lambert Connolly

    Considering both how he finished the season, and how he's gone in pre-season, how can Connolly not partner Lambert up front tomorrow? (Maybe if this game was away, Adkins might decide to pack the midfield and play Lambert up front alone. But it's not).

    I agree, but for the first few matches at least I think we're going to have to accept that Adkins will be starting him on the bench (well that's my belief any way).

    I'd go with Guly to start with because NA says he is hot in training atm, with DC to come off of the bench if we need a goal in the second half.
