Someone I know has one and they are always smoking briskets. They look amazing. you can do a pulled pork in them as well. You got flavoured wood chips? Apple ones are great with pork. If you haven’t got flavoured ones just buy some cheap apple juice and soak them for a couple of days.
Barbecue planned for Saturday and Sunday this weekend, gonna be cracking the flags. Don't know what will be on it yet. Got a box from Flavourly last weekend so will be caning those.
Sipping an ice cold Corona in the garden a minute, no barbie tonight. Sainsbury's had no limes so it's put a dash of lime instead to make it more drinkable. I put too much in.
Doing exactly the same bbq as last night. Though I have put a slightly different rub on the chicken which is essentially the same mix I use in kfc without the flour . Had to go to the shop to buy more lamb.
Just lit the Weber. Burgers, hot dogs, chicken tikka babs and some pork chops or other are on the menu. Salads on the side. Sipping a Corona at the minute but for got ipa's for later and gin and ginger beer. Tidy.
