Normally 10 mins but because they were smoked on the embers and Apple wood chips no boiling required.
Tbf he is right. Bbq sausages generally are ****ing rank as they burn by the time they are fully cooked, need to pre cook them before chucking them on.
Just sat at home office sorting the list for the Mrs to get BBQ stuff. Asparagus is top of the list if can still get some British stuff. Will be boiling the sausages before and have a maple glaze for some pork chops already mixed up. God help the office after two days of meat eating on Monday.
Did the salmon hot smoked on soaked wood last time and it came out really well so deffo doing that again. Not sure what else yet.
I bought them off Amazon but any wood that you can cook with would work. I've got a load of cherry and Apple wood from a bloke I know.
