Never understood winter beer, summer beer, etc. To me if beer tastes good in summer it tastes good in winter. If it tastes like crap in summer it still tastes like Budweiser in the winter.
Although I'd drink Carling, I'd much rather have a Foster, Carlsberg, Bud, etc. But yeah, I'm with Milk Milk and RHC, lager all night and all year
I drank a decent amount of Stella Cidre last summer, at lease as much lager though! I'm not sure you would want me on the golf course my clubs are terrible I refuse to use a trolley and the weather has to be decent!

saw a glazed pork belly thing done on bbq. I think personally what you really need for BBQ is fatty meats that baste themselves. I personally cook inside and finish outside, especially for sausages and burgers etc.
I've heard of a few people starting inside and finishing on the BBQ, I also know someone who boils the sausages then adds to BBQ and it works well as the sausages lose less fat.
BBQ is ribs, Barbeque sauce, pork mainly ( Memphis, Kansas City, Carolinas) Grilling is what you lot are on about. Get that **** right. Or Texas BBQ is in line with what everyone is on about. Grilling essentially.
If you want to get technical.... Barbecue Long, low, and slow. The low temperature and the resulting length of time the meat is cooked allows for the food to soak up the smoke and rub flavors, and to become very tender and moist. Think ribs, pork shoulder, and brisket as barbecue. Grilling This is the method with which most people are familiar. It is the method of cooking food hot and fast on your grill. Burgers, chicken, steak, and seafood are typically grilled, but you can also grill vegetables and even fruit. In the UK a barbeque is a mix of both methods using rubs and the BBQ lid to add smoke flavours while still cooking at a higher temperature.
Oi. I had a pint of real ale last Thursday. I can't remember the name of the brewery, but the ale was called 'Wormhole'. I went for the science connotation
