Moving the ball around well tonight, but Firminho as a central striker does not work. He keeps drifting back to pick up the ball and ends up closing down the space Coutinho needs to operate in.

 

Moreno is looking poor even in a friendly, he has no positional sense at all. Flanno is not playing tonight as he has to decide whether to go to Burnley on loan for the season.

Karius has just pulled off a brilliant one handed diving save.

I don't want to jump to conclusions to early, but Grujic looks a good signing. He can certainly shoot, which is what we have missed in our midfielders recently. Like to see him get a couple of starts in the Prem.

Coutinho is no penalty taker.

 

I rated him first time he played as well, but don't want to jinx it

 

So I spend 30 minutes looking for a stable stream on to find the game is live on my pay TV

 

Not sure why Mane's bizarre goal was ruled out. Didn't look a foul.
